Amazingly light wheelchair
Pros Small foot print when folded Ultr-light Useful accesories Cons Not a big issue but can toppled over when folded and compressed too tight. Found out that if I spread it open about an inch it stands on it's own quite well. Conclusion Well package for shipping, and almost no assembly require. Batteries come uncharged, so you will need to charge batteries which can take up to 4 hours. Batteries are easily installed, so changing batteries while on the go is not a problem. This chair also has underseat storage. Accesories are also well thought out and helpful. I got an extra battery, an extra seat cushion which I am greatful since I am 6' foot ans easily get pressure sores. A 12 volt converter for charging in your car, a light for your chair, a storage cover, an oxygen tank holder which I nwill use as a quiver for my extra large umbrella for those wet and rainy days and a tool kit. The convenience of this chair is amazing, it's light enough I can pick it up with one hand, It's small foot print is a plus when traveling, it even fits in my friends Honda Accords trunk, so I am confident it fit in most car trunks. Having a service dog, I am less worried about having him getting tangled with the chair due to it's simple design. Athough my Jazzy 600 ES will still be be my goto, I will be using the Matrix Ultra when communting in vehichles and out and about away from home.
