WARRANTY POLICY FOR CUSTOMER OF AFIKIM ELECTRIC VEHICLES
The following document specifies the Warranty Policy that will be followed by Afikim Electric Vehicles.
Provided that the scooter is unpacked within 1 month from date of Delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles hereby warrants, guarantees and undertakes responsibility to replace free of charge defected part items material, according to the policy herby mentioned.
TWO-YEAR FULL WARRANTY – INCLUDED LABOR
For two (2) years from the date of delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Afikim Electric Vehicle to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
- Main Frame
- Seat Post
- Tiller Frame
- Bearings, Bushings
- Harnesses
- Power units
- Controllers
- Chargers
- Electronic items – Front board, Display Board, Front light, Rear lights, Blinkers, USB charger
- Of The Shelf items – Switches, key switch, brakes, fuses, Gas piston, Shock absorbers, Potentiometer, Speed Sensors, Fork
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear:
- ABS Plastic shrouds
- Motor brushes
- Brake Pads
- Tires and tubes
- Bulbs
- Circumstances beyond the control of
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
The term 'replace free of charge' refers to the following Scope that will be performed and borne in full by Afikim Electric Vehicles: Shipping, and other charges incurred for delivery of the part to the customer premises.
WARRANTY EXTENSION
Afikim Electric Vehicles offers a 3rd year extension to the policy. Please contact dealer for further info.
